First Line Supervisors (OH_FLS)

A system to assist Ohio law enforcement agencies in identifying the most qualified candidates for first line supervisor (FLS) positions by providing a comprehensive set of technical promotional tools, providing the best possible assessment of Ohio FLS candidates and addressing many of the challenges in police promotional testing.

Efficiency of business as a public agency

Officers trained for the street require training when promoted to command positions to prepare them for executive responsibilities. LEF provides many training opportunities to help Officers as they move up the ladder.
